michelle and heather really helped when i arrived for breakfast at 8:30! they seated me at a nice corner table away from everyone, so i could eat quietly. both staff members were happy, cheerful, and very helpful when i needed cups and cutlery. i got great customer service from them both.
the pool felt uncomfortably cold. i managed only 10 minutes before i had to leave. i was shivering.

The room included sky sports, a nice bonus.
I was very disappointed by the condition of the room. Mould was present on the walls, especially in the bathroom and the furniture looked tired. The bathroom sink also had a big crack, it really needs to be renovated.

Michelle and heather seated us at a nice corner table. It was out of the way, so we enjoyed breakfast in peace. Both staff members were cheerful and very helpful with cutlery. The customer service was Great!!!
I found no power outlets next to the beds. Simple USBs would make a BIG difference. Mugs weren't replaced the second day. The cleaner rinsed the dirty ones out and placed them back.

the room was spacious. it was also nicely decorated with a super comfy bed. i found the links to the A55 convenient, because it makes visits to chester and the coast easy. all the staff were friendly to everyone.
the hotel felt tricky to navigate. i saw that it's like a rabbit warren, and the signage wasn't very good. you have to pass through a conference area to get to rooms.

The club room offered ample space, acceptable.
The noise became unbearable. It sounded like an engine. I filmed the noisy radiator to show reception. the traffic was loud. I thought the window was open, but it was not.

the staff at reception were attentive. also, the bar area had great, attentive staff. it was convenient that the pool facilities were so clean. i also found the new year's eve atmosphere to be wonderful with a great meal.
i noticed that the rooms require a little tlc. it was only a very minor issue.
